This Privacy Policy explains how AgentArea (“we”) processes personal data. For the Russian Federation contour, processing is governed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ; the Russian-language version of this Policy applies.

Data we process

• account data: email, name, hashed password;
• usage data: action logs, session identifiers, billing events;
• technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies;
• payment data is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Separately, and without requiring consent, every visit to this site also sends a cookieless page-view count (page, referring site, campaign tags) to our analytics service; it stores no visitor identifier.

Purposes

Authentication, service delivery and billing, support and security, and — with consent — product updates.
